Strict IP Protection (NNN)

A Western NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is essentially useless in a Chinese court. Before we send your designs to any factory, we make them sign an NNN Agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) written in Mandarin, governed by Chinese law. This legally prevents them from using your molds or selling your design behind your back.
